I am enclosing, for your information, my order prohibiting speeches by Dr. Leo Plauth. The order is to be distributed to all offices under your command. Reasons: in recent meetings of the Central Association of Jews in Germany ( Centralverein ), Plauth proved to be an advocate of assimilation. In his speeches, he attempts - in a disguised form - to induce the Jews to stay in Germany. His activity therefore aims to undermine the measures taken by the Reich government to promote the emigration of Jews.
